"This insurance office is amazing. I’m leaving State Farm because they misrated a vehicle of mine. I bought an 09 Civic Si and it cost 3x as much to insure as my 2012 Civic EX-L or my 2017 Ford CMax. 3x as much! I get that it’s normally driven by a bunch of kids who wreck them but I’m not paying more a month for one car I’ll barely ever drive as it’s a spare car than what I pay for all 3 cars on my insurance. I’m married 42 and have a child with 1 accident I didn’t cause in the past 10+ years. Also that’s with saving around 25-30% because of drive safe and save. So I wouldn’t have even been able to drive the car like an idiot without loosing my discount because they track me. I can’t even go more than 5mph over the limit. Not this agency’s fault! They were as shocked as I was. Maybe they could have called the underwriter and said hey this is crazy or maybe they couldn’t but they didn’t so I did it for them. At Progressive the 09 Civic Si cost $3 more to insure than an 09 Civic EX-L which costs less than a 12 Civic EX-L. It costs less than our 17 Ford CMax and all 3 cars cost together cost less to insure than what State Farm wanted for just the one car. We went with Allstate which was a little bit more on the cars than Progressive because they recommended against the driver tracking (it’s awful to be honest but it saves you a lot on fuel and car insurance). Allstate had the best home rates for us so ultimately it wasn’t much more than Progressive. I’d recommend State Farm especially this specific State Farm… but they stopped doing classic car insurance and instead underwrites you through Haggerty at 3x the rate they used to charge (it’s still kind of cheap though) Then they don’t give discounts when you buy more cars than you have drivers just the multi car discount you already have if you are married. Many companies it costs very little to add extra cars above and beyond the amount of insured drivers in the home. Because you can’t drive more miles just because you have a spare car. That issue and the fact they overcharged us for the car is why we left. They still get 5 stars especially this location. Because they are still going to have the best rates for certain scenarios like people who only have one car per driver and don’t have an old sports car that commonly gets wrecked by younger drivers or people who don’t own classic cars (we had an 87 truck we didn’t drive and it went up in price because they started using Haggerty for classic). Anyways great company it just doesn’t fit us anymore."

"Stay away from this greedy office, they changed my rate 3 times in less than one year, it went almost $30 a month higher,and when you ask why? Their answer was:car parts went up. How about peoples income? How about people salary? Did they go up?. I’m definitely working on getting out of their. Update: they called me to set an appointment with the manager, I was like sure why not. Went there and manager asked me how can I help you? Which means she didn’t know why I’m here although they’re the one who called me. Sat there for a few minutes and manager said same thing they told me which is “repair cost went up”. In less than one year, repairing cost went up 3 times."
